This is the heart of our republic and our state. No person should have to choose between their conscience and their livelihood, otherwise it is by definition tyranny.

Marriage between one man and one woman is the best environment in which to raise children.

I will continue working to strengthen our current Defense of Marriage Act and oppose any an all attempts to redefine marriage. I am also honored to help lead the statewide effort to stop the attempt to redefine marriage through the unconstitutional SB 6239 (now R-74).
